It is not enough to just get the job done. In an ever-competitive market we know we need to be the best at what we do. Never falling complacent we are always looking at what we can do better.
Ace and Hammer may be a newly formed company however, our team has been working closely together for many years. We have many years of experience working across London, Greater London, and the surrounding counties.

Honesty
We are sincere in our service delivery and take pride in raising the standards in our industry.
Our team is highly skilled, competent and qualified in the specialist products we use. Therefore we will not always be the cheapest quote you are able to find.
With this in mind, we know our free roof assessments may from time to time be used to guide the customer in selecting another roofing contractor.
If we are able to assist our clients in finding a trustworthy service provider we find great satisfaction in this. This is why you can always rely on our honesty when it comes to the required works.
Transparency
When we conduct an assessment of works we believe transparency and honesty are what separate us from our competitors.
If we can access your roof we will compile a detailed video talking through the issues we can visibly see. We will detail the best course of action to rectify these issues, what urgent works are required, and also note any areas of wear and tear that look likely to produce problems in the future.
If your roof is still under a guarantee from a previous roofing or building contractor, we will always in the first instance advise pursuing this avenue primarily.
Our business has thrived on referrals and word of mouth. We have maintained an excellent reputation by guiding our customers with accurate assessments, not quoting for unnecessary works, and transparent pricing.

Our word is our bond. We believe in underpromising and over-delivering. If we commit to providing a service you can be wholly sure unless something out of our control arises, we will be sure to deliver.
So much so we put our money where our mouth is. When launching Ace and Hammer it was a priority very early on to get our insurances and guarantees in place to ensure that extra peace of mind for all of our clients.
We stand by the integrity of our word, our work, and our products alike.
Communication
When undertaking works at your property we understand this can often be a stressful and costly time for many homeowners. With this in mind, we do not believe added stresses of poor communication from contractors are necessary.
To keep our pricing competitive we have not got dedicated staff to return calls and emails. We ask our clients and prospective clients to trust us, safe in the knowledge that we dedicate time daily to return calls, messages, and emails.
From time to time there may be circumstances that prevent us from being on-site. Schedules can change and the weather is not always on our side. Rest assured we will communicate any unforeseen changes, delays, and potential obstacles the moment we are aware.
We like to keep our clients in the loop and up to date through the process of works. We take photographs and videos to document the works being carried out.
Pride
At Ace and Hammer, we take a great deal of pride in our work. This is why we may ask to use photos or videos of your project on our website or social media.
Our MD is a firm believer in investing in people. We are always researching new products coming to the market and ways to upskill our teams further. We welcome internal training recommendations and send our staff on refresher courses to ensure corners are never cut.
Our pride is what drives us to be continuously growing and developing our knowledge. In the rare instance, we come across a problem that has us stumped we will utilise all resources at our disposal, ensuring we best equipped to rectify the task at hand.
We have excellent relationships with our suppliers, affiliated contractors, competitors, and other industry-leading specialists. Ego should never come before service, this is why we are constantly raising the bar in our field.
