Sometimes an unexpected leak requires urgent attention, especially in adverse weather conditions. Preventing damage in your home is essential which is why we offer a same-day call-out service.
We are nothing if not thorough, and will ask a number of questions to assess if the issue in fact requires a same-day appointment. Let's face it no one wants to pay an unnecessary call-out charge.
If a temporary fix can remedy the issue within 30 minutes there is no additional fee to pay.
Call out fee is a fixed stand-alone charge of £125.
Health and safety is our top priority therefore, we can only attend emergency call-outs within daylight hours.
When attending your property we will assume it is possible to work safely. If this is not the case please advise us of any known risks prior to booking a call-out, as our charge will still be payable.
Our call-out charge is payable once the roofer is on their way. Should you decide not to make advisory repairs our call-out fee is still payable.
Rest assured we are a very busy organisation, so if we can provide a speedy and timely temporary repair with a view to returning to carry out a permanent resolution this is always our primary goal.
